Tendabot lets you build AI chat agents, run them on your website and messaging channels, and manage the resulting conversations. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
Keep your credentials safe — you’re responsible for activity in your workspace. Team members you add act under your workspace. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service lawfully in your jurisdiction.
AI usage is metered in credits (1 credit = $0.01 of model cost, passed through without token markup). Plan subscriptions include monthly credit grants; top-up packs are one-time purchases whose stated delivery rate includes payment processing. When a workspace reaches 0 credits, bots pause — there are no overage charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; every metered reply is line-itemed in your billing ledger.
You own your knowledge base, prompts, and conversation data. You’re responsible for what you upload (you must have the right to use it) and for how your bots are used with your visitors — including giving your visitors any legally required notices. We process conversation content to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and we don’t train our own models on it.
Bot replies are generated by third-party AI models and can be wrong. Tendabot adds guardrails (answer from your knowledge, escalate when unsure), but you should review how your bot behaves and must not rely on it for legal, medical, or financial advice, or use it to deceive people about whether they’re talking to an AI.
No spam, no unlawful content, no malware, no attempts to break or overload the platform, no scraping other customers’ data, and no use that violates the policies of the underlying model providers or messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp’s Business terms). We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk.
We work to keep the service fast and available but provide it “as is”, without warranty. We may improve or change features over time; if we discontinue something material we’ll give reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You can delete bots or your account at any time — deletion is permanent. We can terminate for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature survive (billing, liability, content ownership) survive termination.
