WhatsApp broadcasts

Send a WhatsApp broadcast without burning your number.

Pick who it goes to, see exactly what it costs and how long it takes, then send it — or schedule it, or spread it over four days so your team can keep up with the replies. Meta bills your own WhatsApp account directly; we add nothing on top.

01
You see the bill before you send it

Reach, cost per message, total cost and the number of days delivery will take — all on screen before anything goes out. A campaign to 4,820 people on a 250/day number lands over 20 days, and that fact changes whether you send at all.

02
Paced to your real Meta limit, not a guess

WhatsApp caps how many people a number may message each day, and raises that cap as the number warms up. Tendabot reads your actual tier and paces to it, so a campaign is never throttled mid-send.

03
Or your own pace, when replies are the constraint

Every message can bring a reply. Spread a send over 2, 3, 4 or 7 days and a 800-person campaign becomes 200 a day — a number a small team can actually answer.

04
It stops itself before Meta stops you

If opt-outs pass 2% the campaign pauses on its own. If Meta restricts the number mid-run it stops there too, rather than sending into a wall of failures and deepening the problem.

How it works

1
Choose the audience

Everyone opted in, a saved list, people active in the last 30 days, or anyone quiet for 90+ days. Include one list and exclude another — people who already bought do not need the offer again.

2
Pick an approved template and fill the blanks

Type {name} and every recipient gets their own name. The preview renders a real contact from the audience you chose, through the same code that sends the message.

3
Send now, schedule, or save as a draft

A draft never freezes its audience — the list is rebuilt when you actually send, so anyone who opted out in between is excluded and anyone who joined is included.

4
Watch it land

Sent, delivered, read and replied, live. Anything that fails is grouped by cause in plain English — "61 numbers are not on WhatsApp" rather than "61 failed".

5
Tag everyone it reached

The people the message actually reached are added to a list automatically, so the next campaign can follow up with them — or skip them.

What it will not do

Worth knowing before you sign up, not after.

  • WhatsApp requires an approved template for any message outside the 24-hour reply window. You write and submit templates from Tendabot, but Meta approves them, not us.
  • Meta sets the daily send limit for your number. We pace to it and show it; we cannot raise it.
  • Marketing messages need consent. Tendabot records where each opt-in came from so it can be defended, and a purchase alone is not treated as consent.
  • Starter includes 5,000 broadcasts a month and Pro 15,000; extra blocks are $29 per 5,000.

Questions

How much does a WhatsApp broadcast cost?

Two parts. Meta charges per message, billed to your own WhatsApp Business Account at their published rate for the recipient's country — Tendabot adds no markup and never sits in that transaction. Tendabot itself starts at $29/month, which includes 5,000 broadcasts.

How many people can I message a day?

Whatever Meta allows your number, which rises as the number builds a good sending history. Tendabot reads your real limit and paces to it. You can also set a lower pace of your own if you would rather spread the replies out.

Can I schedule a WhatsApp campaign?

Yes. Pick a date and time and it sends on its own. A scheduled campaign still respects your daily pace, so a large list starts at that time and finishes over the following days.

What happens if my number gets restricted?

The campaign pauses and tells you why, instead of continuing to send messages that will fail. Restrictions expire, and the remaining recipients stay queued for when it lifts.
