Send to thousands at once
Pick an audience — everyone opted in, a saved list, people active in the last 30 days — and send an approved WhatsApp template to all of them. You see the exact reach, the cost and how long delivery will take before you send anything.
Schedule for later
Set the date and time and it goes out on its own. Marketing delivered at 3am reads as spam and gets reported as spam, so the send time is yours to choose.
Choose your own pace
Every message can bring a reply. Spread a campaign over 2, 3, 4 or 7 days so a day's replies stay down to what your team can actually answer — 800 people over four days is 200 a day, not 800 at once.
Paced to your real Meta limit
WhatsApp caps how many people a number may message per day, and that cap rises as your number warms up. Tendabot reads your actual tier and paces to it, so a campaign never burns through the day's allowance or gets throttled mid-send.
Drafts you can come back to
Save a campaign, change it later, send it when you are ready. A draft never freezes its audience: the list is rebuilt at send time, so anyone who opted out in between is excluded and anyone who joined is included.
Duplicate a campaign
Copy any past campaign into a new draft — the audience, template and filled values come with it. Reuse what worked without rebuilding it.
Personalised for every recipient
Type {name} and each person gets their own name. The preview shows a real contact from the audience you picked, rendered through the same code that sends the message — so what you see is what they get.
It stops itself when it should
If opt-outs pass 2% the campaign pauses automatically, because a red quality rating cuts your daily limit for about a week. If Meta restricts the number mid-campaign it stops there too, rather than sending into a wall of failures.
Tags and lists
Group contacts into lists, target a broadcast at one, exclude another, and tag everyone the message actually reached — so the next campaign can follow up with them, or skip them. Rename a list, take people off it, or delete one no campaign depends on, all from one panel.
Pull customers from your store
Everyone who has ordered, not shipped yet, bought in the last 30 days, refunded — read from Shopify or WooCommerce straight into a list, with the whole order history when you ask for it. Numbers that cannot be dialled are shown, and anyone who opted out is counted and never sent.
Knows who is on WhatsApp before you send
Meta has no lookup for this, so every delivery receipt and every reply teaches the list. Before a send you see who is confirmed, who is not checked yet, and who is not on WhatsApp — and the last group is skipped automatically, so you never pay to fail the same number twice.
Opt-outs, honoured everywhere
STOP by keyword, the widget's opt-out and WhatsApp's own “stop marketing” control all mark the contact. The audience count says how many were left out, and no send ever reaches them again.
Templates, submitted from here
Write a WhatsApp template, send it to Meta for approval and watch its status without leaving Tendabot. You get an email the moment Meta approves or rejects it, with Meta's own reason if it was rejected. Filter by status, search, and delete a template at Meta from the same screen — with the blanks checked against Meta's rules before you submit.
Delivery you can actually read
Sent, delivered, read and replied per campaign — plus a plain-English breakdown of why anything failed, grouped by cause. “61 failed” is not an answer; “61 numbers are not on WhatsApp” is.
No markup on Meta's fees
WhatsApp bills your own WhatsApp Business Account directly for every message. Tendabot adds nothing on top — no per-message margin, no per-conversation fee.
Nine updates, one template each
Placed, paid, cash-on-delivery confirmation, payment reminder, shipped with tracking, completed, delivered, cancelled, and a feedback request after delivery. All utility templates, installed for you at Meta and switchable per bot.
How order updates work.
From WooCommerce, or from anything
The free WordPress plugin sends every order change as it happens. Any other system posts to a small REST API, or asks Claude through MCP.

Buttons the customer can press
Confirm or cancel a cash-on-delivery order, track the parcel, pay a pending order, rate the delivery. Every tap lands in your inbox and fires an outbound webhook, so your store can act on it.
Never a double, never stale
A payment landing right after the order folds into one message. Anything older than a day on arrival is skipped, a cancellation retires what was queued, and shipped fires once per tracking number.
Your wording, Meta's approval
Edit any message, keep {name} {order} {total} {tracking} where you like, and submit the new wording to Meta from the console. The approved version keeps sending until the new one is through.
An allowance, not a meter
Starter includes 1,000 a month, Pro 10,000, Scale unlimited. Meta bills each delivered message at its utility rate, to your own account — nothing on top.
Import your customers
Upload a CSV and map your columns to ours — no fixed template to match. Local numbers are turned into international format using each row's own country, and every row that cannot be imported is shown with the reason before anything is saved.
A sales pipeline on the contacts you have
Every contact is a card on a board you name yourself. Drag between stages, set a deal value, and see what the open pipeline is worth.
The bot moves the deal
When a conversation reaches the point, the AI moves the contact to the next stage on its own — and the card says it was the AI that moved it, so a wrong move is attributable rather than mysterious.
Open a card, edit everything
Name, phone, email, company, address, city, country, notes, stage and deal value, all from the card — with a button straight through to that customer's conversation.
Read receipts
See exactly which of your messages were delivered, which were read, and which failed — with Meta's own reason on the ones that did not arrive.
Export any list
Take your contacts with you as a CSV, any time. They are your customers.
Honest usage billing
Your plan sets how many AI replies you get; credits cover what those replies cost at the provider's real rate, with no markup on tokens. Full ledger in Billing.
Message packs
Busy month? Add +1,000 for $39 or +5,000 for $149. They never expire, and your included allowance is always used first.
Your team's replies are free
A reply sent by a person on your team never counts against your allowance and never spends credits.
Bring your own API keyScale
Paste your own provider key and that provider's replies cost zero Tendabot credits — they bill you directly. Keys are encrypted and validated on save.
Pay by invoice or bank transfer
Card not an option? We can invoice you and manage your plan directly.

Contacts & CRM
Everyone who ever talked to your bot — name, email, phone, first contact, activity — with editable profiles and notes.
Analytics
Conversations, AI replies, spend per bot, cost per reply, model breakdown, busiest hours and customer satisfaction ratings.
Automations
Keyword rules that answer or route before the AI runs, auto-resolve for idle threads, and a configurable message for when something goes wrong.
Custom API actionsPro and Scale
Point the bot at your own API and it can ask it things mid-conversation — a stock level, a booking slot, a record in your database — then answer from the result. Configured with fields, not code: method, URL, auth, the parameters the AI must supply, and which fields come back. Test it before a customer ever sees it.
Outbound webhooks
Push conversation events to your own systems — CRM, Zapier, anything that accepts a POST.
Manage it from Claude
A built-in MCP server: create bots, edit instructions, add knowledge, publish help articles, send order updates, read conversations and reply — from your AI assistant.
Team roles and invites
Agents answer conversations. Admins add bots, channels and people. Owners hold billing. Invite by email with a link that expires; copy or resend a pending invite; remove anyone except yourself.
A workspace per client
Agencies keep every client in its own workspace — separate bots, contacts, wallet and billing — and switch between them from the sidebar or ⌘K. One login, nothing shared.
Click-to-WhatsApp ad attribution
See which ad started each conversation, and send leads and catalogue purchases back to Meta's Conversions API with their value — so the optimiser learns from revenue, not clicks.
Affiliate programme
20% commission on every payment from workspaces you refer, tracked automatically.
