Needs WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 7.4+. WooCommerce is optional — without it the chat widget still works, and there is simply nothing to sync.
The plugin sends changes one way, to Tendabot. It does not create orders, edit addresses, or process cancellations and refunds — the assistant collects those requests and a person actions them. An AI with write access to your orders is a category of bad day we would rather you never have.
Changes go on a queue and are sent by a background job. Nothing is pushed inside the save that triggered it, so a bulk stock import does not hang your admin and a checkout never waits on us.
A read-only REST API key still works and always will. You get orders, catalogue and cart links without installing anything — you just re-sync the catalogue yourself instead of it being live.
