What if my package is lost, damaged or stolen?

Package Protection covers the replacement of goods that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit.

Worth knowing:

• It covers replacement, not a refund.
• It applies to the original order only — if a replacement is also lost or stolen, no further replacement is offered.
• Coverage applies only to orders placed directly on EliteAutoGear.com (not Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces).

If your tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, or the box turned up damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and photos and we'll sort it out.
