How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status in three ways:

1. Tracking email — as soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number automatically. Check your inbox (and spam folder).
2. Order Tracking page — use the link in our website footer and enter your tracking number.
3. Ask us in chat — tell the assistant your order number and the email you used at checkout, and it'll pull up your status right here.
