How long does shipping take?

Elite Auto Gear offers free shipping across the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For destinations outside that region, shipping charges are added at checkout.

How long it takes

• Order cut-off: orders placed before 11:00 PM ET are processed the following business day.
• Processing: orders take 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri) to process before they ship. This can be a little longer during sales events or holidays.
• Transit: once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri), depending on your location.

So most orders arrive within roughly 1–2.5 weeks of ordering.

Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Need to cancel?

Email [email protected] within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Orders already processed and shipped can't be cancelled.
