Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancelling

Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once an order has been processed or shipped it can't be cancelled — you'd need to use the return process instead.

Wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately at [email protected] or (877) 215-8187. We can only correct an address while the order hasn't shipped yet.

Wrong item, damaged, or missing parts?

Email us with your order number and photos — a person handles these directly, and we'll make it right.
