Most workspaces pay by card through Stripe and manage everything themselves. That isn't the only way.
Managed billing
If a card doesn't suit you — company procurement, bank transfer, Wise, an annual invoice, or you'd simply rather deal with a person — we can set your workspace to managed billing.
With managed billing:
- We invoice you directly and you pay however you've agreed with us.
- Your plan, credits and any add-ons are set up on our side; everything works exactly the same.
- The Stripe checkout in your console is switched off, so nobody on your team can accidentally pay twice.
Who it suits
- Businesses whose finance team pays by bank transfer only
- Agencies running several client workspaces on one arrangement
- Anyone on custom or volume terms
- Customers outside easy card reach
How to set it up
Contact us and say how you'd like to pay and which plan you need. We'll confirm the arrangement, set your workspace up, and send the invoice.
You can move back to self-serve card billing at any time — just ask.
