How they work
- They never expire. Unused pack messages roll over month after month.
- Your plan allowance is spent first. Packs are only touched once the included replies for the month are gone — so you never burn something you paid extra for while your monthly allowance sits unused.
- They stack. Buy as many as you need; the balance simply adds up.
Pack or upgrade?
If you go over most months, upgrading is cheaper — the plans are deliberately priced so that stacking packs to reach the next tier's volume always costs more than just moving up. Packs are for the occasional spike: a launch, a sale, a busy season.

What if I run out completely?
Your bot stops answering and conversations go straight to your team, with a polite message to the visitor. Your own replies always send — a business must always be able to answer its own customers. Add a pack and the AI switches back on immediately.
You are never charged an overage. You only ever pay for what you've deliberately bought.
