Refund policy and 24-hour money-back guarantee

This is the current and only refund policy. There are no partial refunds.

The policy

• Course fees are refundable only within 24 hours of the first live class.
• No refund requests will be entertained after this 24-hour window has passed, regardless of attendance or participation.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the standard bank/payment gateway processing time.

Important - what is NOT offered

• There is no 90% refund before the course starts.
• There is no 50% refund in the first week.
• After the 24-hour window, the refund amount is zero - for example, a request made one week after joining gets no refund.

An older version of this policy had 90% and 50% tiers. Those tiers were removed and no longer apply. Never quote them.

When does the 24 hours start?

The window starts when the first live class of the enrolled course ends.

Students agree to this when enrolling

Every student ticks "I have read and agree to the Refund Policy" on the enrollment form.
