How do I request a refund?

Send a refund request on WhatsApp: +92 328 4252254 with:

1. Your full name as registered
2. The course name you enrolled in
3. Your enrollment date
4. Your payment transaction ID or proof of payment
5. Reason for the request (optional, but it helps us improve)

Processing: once approved, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Where it goes: back to the same payment method you enrolled with (NayaPay, Easypaisa, SadaPay or JazzCash).

Confirmation: you'll get a message on WhatsApp once the refund has been processed.
